Third Party Sharing

Helium ID allows users to securely share identity information with third-party organizations upon user authorization.
User-Controlled Sharing
Information is only shared when users intentionally authorize a transfer through the platform. This may include sharing with:
- financial institutions,
- employers,
- landlords,
- rental agencies,
- educational institutions,
- or other authorized organizations.
Responsibility After Transfer
Once information is shared with an authorized recipient, that organization may independently control or process the information according to its own privacy practices and legal obligations.
Helium ID is not responsible for how recipient organizations use information after authorized transfer.
Sharing Logs
Helium ID may maintain records of:
- sharing timestamps,
- recipient details,
- consent activity,
- and transfer history for security and audit purposes.
Revocation
Users may revoke future sharing permissions where technically and legally feasible.
