03Does my customer need a HeliumID account?
No. Customers open their link, verify access to the contact you supplied using a one-time code, and complete the requested steps.
04Can I use the same verification setup for multiple customers?
Yes. Save and reuse your configuration. Each customer receives a separate invitation and has their own application record.
05Does a successful identity check mean the application is approved?
