01How do I create my first ID Link?
Sign in to your dashboard, choose ID Link, select the information and checks you need, add your recipient and share the link by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
02What is the difference between ID Link and Custom Workflows?
ID Link lets you create and share a verification request. Custom Workflows adds conditions, branches, and follow-up actions around those requests, so you can manage a process with multiple steps.
03Do my customers need an account or an app?
No. Customers open the link on any device, confirm their contact information with a one-time code and complete the guided process in their browser.
04What documents are supported?
Supported government-issued identity documents vary by country. Your dashboard shows the current list when you configure a verification.
05How long does a verification take?
Most customers complete the guided process in a few minutes. Automated checks run as information is submitted. Cases that need review are flagged in your dashboard.

A personal digital identity wallet. Verify once, keep your verified information and supported credentials together and share them with consent.
02Who can see my information?
Only the organisations and people you choose to share with. Review your sharing history at any time.
